I am continually surprised by the number of members who ask for advice and do not identify the Ferrari model or clearly identify what kind of help they need. The response would be a greater if one did not have to speculate about the model or look it up.

There is another reason that I encourage this and that is becuase when you do a search the results do not (unlike the earlier search feature) tell you what is in the particular search result post. You have to open the post and then look through it to find out if it is relevant. Identifying the matter instead of just "help needed" would speed up greatly the ability to work through the search results. This should be a requirement for a post in the technical section.

i'd further suggest that not only should the details be included in the post, but the more details in the subject, the better.

example of a good post title:
"Feedback please from Maranello owners on different exhaust systems."
example of a bad post title for the same post:
    "Question for owners."

    :)

i'm frequently VERY impressed with some of the post titles that show up that are 100% data free. this isn't just for searching value either - you the poster WILL get better responses if people can grok the situation from the subject line.
