Good turnout, I was impressed with the classics that were there, nice to see some good old Italian lines! Beautiful weather as well, couldn't ask for more. It was nice meeting you Grant and Tony. I'm looking forward to chatting again!

Was posted on another site that I am a member of that there will be a C&C At Quay 55 on May 29th, is that correct and anyone going??

I live about a mile from there and never knew about it! Trying to get a few people together and show up if its going on.

I'm going to try to make it as long as the weather holds up.

 

Engine was just reinstalled today, so unless something else major comes up...I should be there in my 57 BMW Isetta. If not, I will be a passenger in a 05 Lotus Elise.

 

Nice blue Esprit. I like those earlier ones.

 

The BMW would be sweet. My dad said the band director at Colinwood had one that they used to mess with when he was in high school. They would push it up against a wall so he couldn't get in and even hoisted it up into a tree once iirc. I should have the custom 2 into 1 exhaust and the fueling sorted on the Duc by then. If I don't make this one it won't be until mid July because of hockey. I thought this was the off season!

Special memorial day weekend C&C in honor of DonJuan348 for getting our butts in gear to have the first one last year.
Same time, same place, Saturday May29th. Drive for exotics to follow.

 

I told my neighbor about it and he might come in his '49 MG TC Midget.
