Is it a one time click or a periodic clicking noise?

Just a one time short click right behind the driver side from the back

One short click could be some play in a CV joint or a spline on the clutch. Also, check the right rear brake caliper to make sure all the fasteners are OK. I don't have any direct experience with this particular model, but I hope these suggestions give you somewhere to start.

Of possible I would also suggest having someone outside the car as you take off trying to listen and somewhat pinpoint the noise

I had a similar problem on my 308 (clicking when going from a stop). The 6 bolts fastening the CV joint to the transaxle output flange (or the stub axle, don't recall which end was loose) had started to back out. They weren't visibly loose and trying to inspect them by hand didn't show anything but when I re-torqued them, some were loose. I haven't had a problem since I re-torqued them. I added some inspection paint for good measure.

    Good luck, hope this helps.

Drain gearbox oil into paint filter, look for anything unusual. Also on the magnetic drain plugs.
