    The clicks are intermittent and appear to be coming from under the dash on passenger side. They seem to be increasing in frequency tho there is no predicting when you will hear it.
    Anybody know what this is?

    What is happening when you hear the clicking noise?

    The fuel pump relay is a weak spot... as is the fuse.

    Discovered clicking behind dash was connectors rattling together. Very annoying like the clicking as I type on this iPhone. In fact sounds the same.

    I am amazed you could hear that over a 328 exhaust.

    It was very annoying because you are correct in that couldn't hear it when up in the revs but when cruising or on deceleration or moving slow on rough surface it would rattle and it seemed to be coming from the door, dash console area. When I opened the dash to fix a tach issue I discovered by accident where it was coming from when I clacked two connectors together and had my ah ha moment.
