    I installed them last week. 3 out of the 4 had broken gears although only one bad enough to trigger the suspension fault light. I figured I might as well get them all overhauled.

    In the event you find that the Climate ECU has failed, Specialized ECU Repair in Florida repairs the units. They rebuilt my climate timing actuator and I was pleased with the work and turnaround. Here's a link to their page for all F355, 355F1 items.
