Clock Ticking Noise

Hi, I'm a bit perplexed, the trickle charger on my 07-F430 died and in the process killed the battery. I bought a new trickle charged and let the battery charge over a 24-30 hour period and then started the car. I now have a noise almost like a clock ticking which seems to be coming from the electronic cluster. Any ideas, no codes, car starts and drives fine? Thanks
