    You won't believe it but I saved a few of the OEM bushings! I thought I tossed them all, but I found a couple in a bag the other day. See, being a pack rat is handy sometimes. I'll bring you a couple next time I come over. We can find out once and for all if this technique will work.

    Mike,

    It sounds like you have your problem solved. I was going to mention that when running tasck tires, rubber snakes often fly off and and make clunks in the wheel wells.
