Does anyone know where I can find a Clutch master cylinder for a F355?? Possibly used, otherwise, yes Ricambi is always there to the rescue. The master cylinder is seized, the plunger won't come back.

Can this be rebuilt? Is there even a rebuild kit for one of these?

Can be rebuilt mate. Call your local brake specialist and have them look at it. There may be a universal seal kit that may fit. Or they may list a kit for a 355. :D:D

Does Ricambi sell a kit to overhaul it does he? :):)

And you reckon its seized in there??????:eek:

Compression test, seized brake master cylinder. Did you just buy a 355 did you? :D:D

He actually doesn't sell a overhaul kit, I just meant I could get new if I had to.I've asked around about rebuilding it, but no luck as of yet. So I thought I would ask here.

I've actually had the 355 for many years, its just been on the back back burner until now. So want to finally get it up and running.

Cool man, I reckon you should be able to have it rebuilt. There MUST be a seals out there somewhere that will fit. :D:D

It shouldnt be an odd size. Again, a brake/clutch specialist shop should be able to help you. :):)

In cases like this, it is the only way to go. I have been down this track many times with other makes and models of cars. :):)

Good luck with getting the car running mate. :):)

    Thanks Pap, appreciate the reply.

I am going to see who I can contact, and what we can come up with to fix this clutch master cylinder.

Do all F355's use the same clutch master cylinder?? (1995 -1999)? I saw this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1995-FERRARI-F355-CLUTCH-MASTER-CYLINDER-HYDRAULIC-OEM-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem1c1241b807QQitemZ120565381127QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

Something worth considering possibly? Never heard of this company before though.
