Thanks everyone for your help on the clutch it was very easy thanks to the hill alignment tool that Daniel at racambi loaned me I can see that without it installation would be a pain but I now have a issue with the "slow down" light as soon as I start the engine (even cold) the light comes on have I left something disconnected or off
Check your exhaust ECU's. Unless you unplugged them, I'm not sure why you would be getting a slow down light.
Just drive the car a while and the light will go off. You did nothing wrong,it likes it sometimes to show off after a repair. cheers
I think perhaps you might have confused the "Check Engine" light (CEL), and the "Slow Down" light. CEL can go certainly go off after drive cycles. The Slow Down is triggered by exhaust temperatures (the exhaust ECU's) and their thermocouples.
I have driven the car and it does go off after 15 min or so but if I stop and start it again it comes right back on also the oil guage is about half of usual runs about 50 lb or so
I havent confused anything,I know what im saying. If the SL cables got disturbed from any kind of work down there the light shows off for a few hours or days. Its nothing to worry about though!
