i have read on this forum that fchatters have had problems with their clutch above 400hp. what are alternative options for these cars? my car originally had the Norwood clutch, but the previous owner replaced it prior to me picking up the car. the records dont indicate a performance or racing clutch so i assume it is an OEM unit. also, how about the halfshafts/cv joints, any hi-performance options for these pieces as well? any suggestions would be appreciated, thx
Used the Nick Forza clutch pack and choose the light flywheel. The whole package weighed less than the stock flywheel alone and really made a nice difference when launching and for 2nd gear. 3rd gear not as much and fourth seemed to be about equal as was 5th. The real fun was in heel-toe downshifting as the engine would love to rev up. Lots of fun and very reliable.
