    Hello,
I have read through numerous posts and just haven't seen what is going on with my car. I rebuilt the slave and master cylinder on my car and everything seems to work fine when the car is cool, but when it gets up to temp. the clutch pedal feels like there is air in the system. I will let the car sit over night and it's fine the next morning, then the problem comes back when it warms up. It seems to me like the fluid is getting hot and failing I have bled the system several times and it's still the same. So before I go and replace the slave and master and hose with brand new, I was wondering if anyone else has had a similiar symptom and any suggestions before I go furthur. everything was normal until the slave cylinder started leaking and was rebuilt....

The only two things I can think of are- bad fluid or condensation in the can of fluid you used. The second is your pressure plate is bad but you said it was normal before the rebuild. If it were me I would drain the system and replace the fluid with new first. Then the hose. I should say this has never happened on my Mondial but it did on a Miata I had and the fluid was the problem.
