    Oh yeah...welcome to the party pal! 30 is when it all begins...just remember that eating fiber is key to maintaining a "regular" lifestyle and you MUST bend your knees when picking up anything more than 5 lbs. Otherwise you'll end up hurting yourself. Next...your AARP cards should be arriving shortly. At least you'll get a discount at the movies! :)
