Does anyone know when this model is scheduled for release? I want to make sure that I get one, but I don't always follow the websites and such each week to look for official updates. Thanks in advance!

Last I saw was Fall 05, but these release dates mean next to nothing. I am really watching for this one myself.

Careful when buying a CMC model..I have one of their models..They will indeed make the rest of your collection look like junk..I have had to reorganize my stuff around this model..Possiable one of the best builders for model cars around..

I'm too waiting for this model! Will probably get more than one if they will be released in different colors! Should be fantastic, judging by their SLR!

I've heard this more than once...makes me glad, though! It'll keep me busy finding true *quality* models to compliment it.

Should I order directly from CMC's website, or find a local retailer?

    Perfusion,

You can buy from either, but it would be cheaper to buy from a dealer here in the States. The main reason is shipping. Plus, If you look at CMC's price on their website, they are selling it for $15 more than we are.

My apologies for not knowing more about you, but you're saying that you own a diecast company that will be carrying the CMC 250? If so, I'd much rather order it from you to "keep it in the family"... Feel free to PM me or post here with more details.

    Anxiously awaiting!

I'm definitely getting this as well! But first I'm anxiously waiting for their Maserati 250F! It looks fantastic!

    Perfusion,

Yes, we have it listed on our site. You can find the link in my profile.

    Ferrariguy,

We have the Maserati 250F listed as well. It's expected to arrive this summer sometime.
