I can vouch for the folks Peter mentioned, having worked with both groups and can add the guys at Jim Russell to the 'good' list as well. They're likely a little closer to you with home bases at SimRaceway and Sonoma in California. Eastern TX is well centered between the coasts though, isn't it?
