Great looking Cobra ! It is definately on my list of cars to collect. Superperformance seems to be a cut above the
Factory Five's and other brands. How long did it take to build after you ordered it ? Look forward to your driving impressions.
I did a 1,500 mile rally with this Shelby Continuation Cobra that came in from California.

From ordering till completion 4-5 months.
They usually have Rolling Chassis ready but I wante a custom pain job. It takes about 3 months for the chassis to be finished.

I believe Superformance to have the best quality and parts.
You can also go with a Kirkham Aluminium Body. I didn't cause they are impossible to repair here...

CSX are having problems. You can order one, but people have ben witing over a year and the chassis never showed up. The CSX aluminium chassis is built at the same polish factory as Kirkham. They used to buil aeroplanes in that factory.
Where CSX sources the fiber chassis I do not know. There was some hint that Superformance does them.

I would rank Kirkham Motorsports as the top when it comes to replicas of Cobras. Better suspension, chassis, brakes and the aluminum bodies are truly works of art.

I may be a little biased though.

Totally agree, however when the bodies come over the are very rough, my brother and I have just finished giving one a brush finish and polished stripe. a lot of elbow grease, they are finished off in Poland with a rasp file!!

The suspension, wishbones etc are works of art. Not a bad price either.

    Best Regards
