The original, First Edition book sold out, but when the author tried to contact the printer for a reprint, they said "Since we didn't hear from you, we threw all the negatives away!" Since he had returned many of the photos to the original donors, the author was forced to reshoot the old book that become the Second Edition with resultant fall-off in quality. For that reason alone (not to mention its scarcity), the First Edition is truly THE copy to own.
