Ok I recently installed Hyperflow cats and Capristo exhaust. I got a check engine light after 100 or so miles. Around town I never got the light but soon after I took it on the hiway it came on, don't know if that makes a difference or not. Anyway with OBDII Autotap hooked up I got PO154, HO25 or HO2S ( I can't read my own writing), "Insufficient activity Bank 2 Sensor 1". Is this referring to my fuel system or exhaust system.Don't know if its related to the work that I did or not. Any help from you in the know would be a great. Thank You.

It is referring to your O2 sensors. That is for sure.

Bank 2, I would assume would be the driver's side, and (1) I would assume would be the front. This I really do not know but I am just using some logic.

I'm wondering if maybe I damaged the O2 sensor in the process of changing the exhaust then. I guess I could test the O2 sensor against another with an ohm meter to see if I get the same values. Thanks FerFan. Thats a start.

Yes, true. Also check your connectors. I confirmed the code P0154 and it is in fact the bank 2 sensor 1. My book reads no activity versus insufficent activity. Bank 2 must be driver's side which is 5-8. 1 must be the front. I would start there.
