    About every third time driving my 97 F355 I get a CEL and always this same code. I erase and the code and all is fine until next CEL. The car seems to run perfectly therefore it seems to be a false code but it is annoying to clear the CEL so often. Any ideas regarding the cause and possible fix? The cats and all oxy sensors and pre heaters have been replaced in the past 5,000 miles.

    I think I am getting the same code (it just triggered the CEL a couple weeks ago and I haven't had a chance to pull the codes). I haven't been driving the car nearly as much this summer, and it seems to happen after it has been sitting for at least a couple weeks. It started to do this last year when the state inspection was due, which created a whole separate set of issues. I'll post if it is in fact the same code and find a solution because, unlike you, I have not replaced any oxygen sensors. The last time it triggered the CEL, we thought it might be moisture (on the sensor(s)) related because once reset, it would be fine for several months.
