Apologies if this has been covered in a older thread. Did a search and nothing came up. But as I get more mature, I do not have the ability to drink just to drink. I am not an alcoholic. I have a massive collection of liquor at my home bar but hardly ever touch the stuff. So while in Paris, I had a tasting of some local cognacs. Smooth and especially the XO's. A couple glasses of some good cognac (or any fine liquor) while out suits me best now I think. Enjoy the finer things in life slowly and not about getting "wasted". Loved the Pardis.. and of course the Louis. Any good recommendations and if you could share a little of why you like that particular cognac. I also found a european seller that I can get a bunch of different miniature cognacs such as Hennessy XO and Louis Xlll. Good place to order samples to try before getting the full bottle. I got 3 Louis Xlll as gifts for $500 each but made a mistake and see it was for 5cl and not 30 cl. I pay $2300 here for a 70cl bottle. Thanks
