    I'd like to temporarily remove the lead on my coil. There's a little rubber boot on the wire where it attaches to the coil. Since I don't want to break anything (and new wire set can run $500+), I thought that I'd ask prior to tugging on the thing. On the 308QV does the coil wire simply pull out of the coil? It's pined in on the distributor side, but I'm not sure about the coil side.
