Man, does my 2004 Spyder have character! In the morning, it snorts and farts and generally acts pretty pissed off when first started.

Apparently, MNA is aware of this and is working on a fix. Has anybody else noticed this?

havent' noticed it. take ours out all the time, had some problems w/ the batter by no farting noises. give it a coupla mins to warm up n then drive away.... does get pretty cold up here in canada. but it wuz -10C n worked just fine

ours is a coupe GT tho... that shudn't make a difference

I always let it warm up before taking off.

If you watch the temp gauge, right before it hits the 150 mark the car runs much smoother. They did the upgrade on mine (2004) helped quite a bit, but it stil runs rough when cold.
