With a cold start my car is not getting enough gas, therefor runs rough. This just started. I guess it could be a cold start relay, but I would like to get some input on diagnosing the problem.

There is a thread on the mondial 3.2 but not the 3.4. Thanks

Turns out if the Mass Air Flow meter hot wires get crud on them, rough cold starts can be a symptom. You can test it out yourself by just letting the car turn over once or twice and shutting it down before it starts. Then try a normal start and see what you get. If she starts fine, your first turn or two heated up the MAF sensor wires and that fixed the problem. If so, clean the wires very carefully.

See this thread for more info. Start on Post #46 to speed things along.

I should have been more specific. The car turns over and starts fine. After that it runs rough until it warms up. Does anybody know where the cold start relay is.

Go to this website and download a 348 workshop manual. Engines are the same.

Symptoms you are describing, starts fine, runs rough until warm are also symptoms of dirty MAF hot wires. Try the double start and see what happens. The dirty wires somehow mis-set the cold start feature.
