    I might be slightly biased here because I run 2 e-commerce sites but jeeeez!!

    Spent $282 on manuals and docs at ************.com. How long does it take for them to get back to you? Sent 2 emails and no response.... no track #'s or anything... If I don't get something (response or the package) within the week, I might just refuse the charge. I'm not calling the Netherlands either!

    I bought a $300 baseball cap from him, he comes thru, just not quickly.

    email doesn't appear to have changed the EU as much as it has us here.

    I bought a badge of them some time ago and it arived promptly (after about a week?) was impressed with the service...

    Davey I have posted on here about the bobbleheads before in Indiana Section and got no response...apparently they were sold one per week in the grocery stores and given out at the gates for three days running....so I have had NO reponse to my requests...pleas....gotta have 'em....

    A set of three drivers would be most appreciated if you could shake 'em out of the trees...keep me in mind.....I think it was all the four time winners..who would that be...Foyt, Mears, Al Sr.?

    I feel the need to jump in here because I absolutely ripped Jack at Ferrari Stuff several months ago about a purchase I had made. I had waited over two months for my purchace to arrive. My emails were never returned, and phone calls were never answered, Needless to say, I was convinced I had been scammed. I contacted Rob for some help because Ferrari Stuff was a sponsor of the site.

    It turned out that Jack was not at fault due to do things he had no control over. When I was finally able to contact him, he bent over backwards to solve the problem. He went as far as to hire a private courier service to deliver my oversized item.

    I will personally testify to his honesty.

    Besides, it gives me an excuse to show off my life-sized Ferrari F1 cut out that I mounted on my garage wall. In person it looks like the real thing jumping off the wall.

    Does he have any where some women just jump off the wall? I'd work in the garage all night!

    Well, Jack sent an e-mail and I did recv 1 of the 3 items just a couple days later. So I guess everything is ok. I'm kinda ancy to get my other stuff though...
