I just sa this. Ron, I am very sorry to hear this. I just read this note; have been off FChat since Friday. I pray for your quick recovery. I am sorry that I did not know of this sooner. My thoughts are with you. Let us all know if you need anything. You can tell by this thread that you have many friends.

Ron, Jim & I have been out of town...just retuned home yesterday and was checking Ferrari Chat.....so very sorry to hear about your accident...but so very happy to hear that you are going to be OK!!! although i dont attend many of the hoedowns...i must say that i never fail to recognize rons hard work and geniune effort in always planning a great outing. Heres to a speedy recover.
Guys the hospital is a madhouse. I have no idea how the doctors find their patients. Further they are not 100% sure if he needs skin graphs, which means surgery and a longer stay. If he is super lucky he may be able to do without the graphs and that means he will be out of the hospital pretty soon, maybe as early as this weekend. If you want to send anything to him (except cookies, cos I will eat them...) feel free to send it to my address. Gaby is going to the hospital daily to see him and she will be happy to pass things on to him. Ron was the very first person that I met from SSF. He posted a note in a BMW forum about a dinner meet for car enthusiasts. The link posted lead to F-Chat. I emailed him and told him that I didn't have a Ferrari. He said it didn't matter and it was a great group of people who loved all cars. I came to Champs and he was the first person I met. I didn't know a single person when I moved to FL. Because of our meet and Ron's post it started a chain reaction of meeting the great people and friends of SSF. Σας λείπουν. Πάρτε καλά σύντομα. .m
I banged my damn kneecap on the stationary bike last night at the gym and it hurts.. probably a lot more than yours does!!! CONTROL YOURSELF! What if I send gummy bears AND cookies? Haha. Maybe I shouldn't send them... I just don't trust you!
