Wow! Drop dead gorgeous black paint! Why are you selling such a beautiful Ferrari?? If you don't mind me asking, who did your paint and can you tell me what specifi paint and color it is (ie: PPG Deltron?). I'm getting ready to have my Daytona repainted and would love for the black to come out as nice as your car. Thanks, Mike G.
I bought it never to keep as I have my hands full with the restoration I am doing. I thought it would be good experience for my son who is working with me on the restoration to fix up this car on his own, and hopefully it will pay his tuition next year.
Wow - black is absolutely stunning, never thought it would look so gorgeous but that could be the proper "Corbani" resized photographs (chuckle). I talked with a shop that had restored a series L Dino years ago and inquired as to what colors they prefer. They chose black before and would do so again if it were their choice. I now see why, especially with the striking tan interior. This car even has the original rear trunk mounted license plate light connecting switch set on the batchboard. Pure unobtanium.
jon, i have to admit i should have seen that coming. your photo's better represent then car than the photo's i had seen before. what color is the interior?
All the smog stuff works and it still runs really well. It was missing at redline so I took out dinoplex and put in a modern system. It solved the problem.
Jon, The Photos are stunning! That is the way to show off a car. Keep it up. Let's get all of Fchat photos up to that standard. Teach by example. John
It's actually even nicer in person - omgjon's son was driving it at our San Diego lunch/drive last weekend.
