    I am sure F dealer can do it but my pocketbook is looking at me with one eyebrow raised .. I need someone who can go over the border to Windsor, look at a car for me, and then if I buy it bring it thru customs (a non-trivial exercise) and do the major so I can then drive it down to TX.

    auto europe in birmingham also does fcar work but i'd go to chuck before anyone else.

    I called Chuck 2x so far with no response. Task is threefold:

    1. PPI
    2. Clear customs
    3. Get car ready for long trip including major

    Hoping Chuck would take on all 3. Vehicle would be delivered to his shop. It would have to be trailered thru customs as there would be no plate on it after money changes hands. I am assuming customs does not care which direction you come from when you clear it.
