Gave me the option to open or save--I clicked save and it is downloading now...They look like Zip files of some sort--- The LAN one downloaded in about 5 seconds--the Audio one says it will take 40 minutes to download 23mb--doesn't sound right....it is downloading, I will wait it out and see what happens
Just tried it, works fine for me! Try again a few times, if it still doesn't work, I'll upload it at rapidshare.
Should I open or save it? I tried both several times and nothing--It gives the option to download in Global or China--I picked Global---It seems like a zip file for the Audio----3 different trys and nothing....I am beginning to not like this computer! The last time I tryed it started to download with a progress bar and got up to 16% then it said server unable to connect or something to that effect.. Trying again several times and it won't do anything when I click the download tab....
Okay, try this one! Same file, different server: http://files.filefront.com/AD1980WHQLzip/;8335374;/fileinfo.html
Ok----Downloaded the file, computer is on, speakers are plugged in and on---and nothing....I have a sledgehammer ready!! Should I smash it now?
You need to unzip it and then install the drivers. What you have now is like a package brought by the postman, not the actual thing you wanted. 1) Unzip it 2a) Look through the files you unzipped. Somewhere there should be a file like install.exe, setup.exe or something like that. Run it, say yes to every question you're asked, and it should work 2b) If there isn't a install file, go into the device manager, right click on the "multimedia device" with the yellow symbol. Click on "Update Driver", "Select driver manually", the following menu should give you the possibility to somehow choose the folder where you unzipped the driver files, and keep hitting "Okay", "Next" etc.
