Concours d'Elegance Las Vegas

Exciting things are happening for the Concours d’Elegance Las Vegas! Las Vegas Parade of Lights, Concours Country Side Drive, Celebrity Chef Dinner, exclusive Celebrity Golf Event, and the main event, the inaugural Concours d’Elegance Las Vegas. Join us in making the inaugural Concours d’Elegance Las Vegas a world-class invitational event that will celebrate and preserve America’s rich automotive history. The three-day weekend is October 20-22, 2006 at the TPC the Canyons located in Summerlin.

We want to showcase some great Ferrari’s. There is no charge to apply and you will receive two admission tickets, a show poster, and more! Entries must be postmarked or emailed by August 30, 2006. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by September 10, 2006 or earlier.

There will also be a car corral or display only area. The display area is limited to the first 100 automobiles that apply. There is no charge to apply and again receive free entrance to the event. If you are interested in displaying your Ferrari, please complete the Car Entry Application found at www.lasvegasconcours.com by the deadline above and/or email to [email protected] or mail to the address noted on the application form.

If there is enough interest from Ferrari folks, I will try to put together a special reception for Ferrari Club members on Friday or Saturday evening. Place to be determined.

We are expecting approximately 200 cars to be judged and up to 100 for display in the car corral. The deadline is this coming week so the selection committee hasn't made the final selections, as I've been told. As far as notables, there should be many with all the collections around. No specific as yet however, once the deadline for entry and selection is passed, there will be more news.
