I really appreciate all the help everyone has given on this question. Not sure I'm any closer to deciding on the seatbelts, but I do think I might shift away from the Blue Santorini leather to a different Blue!

I will check out Prussia Blu, it looks like it might be a good match. Any other suggestions for good color matches with my config. Again, Blue TDF Beige Tradizione Blue Interior Accents (Now TBD) Blue or Black seatbelts LOL. @isuk you seem to have an eye or this sort of thing and access to the color palettes...
I have built up a collection of paint samples, the leather and alcantara samples, stitching samples, seatbelt samples, carpet samples and alcantara samples. I don't have the latest Extra Range Leather samples book as yet nor do I have the new small box of paint samples that dealers now have for some of the newer special request paint colours. Prussia Blu leather looks to be a Tailor Made option so can only be specified if you were able to go down this route. This is the only car I can find with Prussia Blu leather https://exclusivecarregistry.com/details/ferrari/ispirazioni/32253 Tailor Made opens up a whole host of additional Poltrona Frau leather colours - Prussia Blu being one of these - along with Connolly leathers. Looking through the Range Leather samples I can't find a shade of blue that really compliments TDF. There is a shade called Blu Lipari in the new Extra Range Leathers. It looks quite dark in the official factory photo so it's hard to say if it will be closer to TDF tonally or completely wrong.
