    It appears that this bill was introduced earlier this year but has not yet been passed. Keeping my fingers crossed...

    I can't find anything definite. From what I've heard from a few sources (including a MD SP Officer), this is how the plate law will be enforced next month. Anyone hear anything different?

    Has not passed yet and will not this year, too late for the deadline of Oct 1, 2013. The bill has been introduced numerous times over the years and it never gets voted on, the politicians are WAY TOO BUSY trying to take your guns from you in MD. I would love to see it pass myself, I have been stopped 4 times in the Gallardo for no front tag.
