God Bless Texas and keep everyone safe this weekend.....
Yes, congrats. I was a doubter, everything seemed to have so much drama and Fail. But despite all the BS, they got 'er done. -F
A think the race will go well on Sunday. My only question is why I have not been able to see any hype? 12 cylindsers or walk
Good point, they still have to hold the event. Frankly I won't blame them for traffic SNAFUs, that's just inevitable. European tracks have been dealing with traffic for decades and they don't seem to be able to get it right either. -F
Seems appropriate I add my heartfelt and sincere congratulations to COTA. Here's hoping for a successful debut race and many, many more to come. Well done!
I'm slightly surprised the race is happening, and am still cautious about the traffic. With that being said I'm stoked for tomorrow and the rest of the weekend!
+1000 I could not believe in the last two years the doubting by Americans about an American project, a big bravo for the can do attitude, a fabulous layout and superb job, to all who made it happen but particularly to to Tavo Helmund, it is his brainchild. I hope for a good race -with Grosjean not landing in New Mexico after the start climb up to the hairpin- and that we get as much overtaking as the track is challenging, have fun if you are there. Good luck to Sebastian Pretzel but Fernando deserves the title a lot more. best regards, MS
I saw this last night near the Saxon Club on south Lamar. The locals are a bit confused by the signs but they will learn. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Congrats to Texas and COTA indeed! I doubted them for the longest time and was proven wrong. Looking forward to all the eye-witness reports on here after the weekend. Got my hotel reservation for next year in.
I was thinking that too. Funny. Remember the OJ movie with faking a Mars landing? Wasn't even half as thrilling as the real OJ saga thereafter...
