    Afrter the 3-rd rebuild and a total 9000km i have broken the engine while setting idle at 900rpm.
    May be upgraded connection rod are required to resist the high engine power !!!!
    Here is my connection rod design (picture biella1) and may be USA upgraded version (biella2).
    Hope this will solve the BMW trial to have stronger connection rods (whithout piston consumption).

    Check with Newman he was using some uprated con rods on one of his current engine builds.

    I think the main shaft has to be completely redesigned to work !
    I will throw the car (followed by the whole ferrari company) out of the window !!!!
