Connector Stuck... ??

I have been trying to remove the two connectors behind the rear passenger wheel - going to the two solenoid valves. The one in the left has come out, but the one of the right (blue connector on my car) is stuck. I've tried WD40 to loosen it, but it won't budge. It just won't come off... any suggestions?
