Considering a used FF - How do I find out which options are installed??

Greetings from a newcomer considering his first Ferrari.
I'm looking at buying a 2012 Ferrari FF here in Dubai. There are four available in my price range, but the problem is, all the various dealers here seem to lazily write "FULL OPTION" for every car!

I plan to view and test drive some cars next week. How can I tell which options are actually installed?

Some are obvious, like the front camera I can actually see in the grille, and options like the lift kit and ventilated seats seem to have their own dedicated switch/button. But I'm not sure how to identify the AFS lights, or the sports exhaust, HELE, electrochromatic mirrors etc.

So I was wondering if there's a panel or a sticker somewhere in the car that lists all the options that were installed.

I want be as knowledgeable as possible about each car and it's options to negotiate the best deal I can.
