    Hi All,

Some of you MAY remember me. I has an F430 about 10 years ago that was my daily driver for 2 years. I put 30K miles on it. To this day its by far my favorite car that Ive ever owned.

Im now ready to get back into a Ferrari and a 488 isn't calling my name. Maybe because I was 40 when I bought the 430 and Im 50 now, or maybe because Ive alway wanted a front engined 12.

The questions are what is the driving dynamic like? How does it corner? Is it comfortable? How is the transmission? Would buying one with a few miles on be a good idea?

Any input would be so appreciated. Especially from this of you that had a mid enhanced car prior or along with the F12.

    Thank you!

There's some hints in today's other F12 prospect thread and probably similar in older ones

There's a lot to say but a summary:

Creamy V12 sound and delivery is very different to the V8, a beautiful thing and endlessly entertaining. Handling is very front engined, despite the weight distribution being to the rear. The 430 would be more wieldy than the F12, the F12 more 'brutish' and hooliganlike. Rear traction v how you apply that V12's power, dominates the experience. If that sounds like you then you'll love the F12.

Your the right age demographic. Feels grown up after a V8.

I have had 348 comp, 355 challenge, 360 CS, 430 Scud and decided to go for the F12 and to be honest not looked back. V12 is so much better, just revs like a v8 and has more torque. my F12 is decatted and so better then any v8. The power deliver is awesome and handles as well as a v8.
    No brainier for me!!
