Hello guys im pretty much new to this forum I have always wanted a ferrari and I am now coming close to buying the ultimate car what do you think about these specs? Its gray with black rims, I love red ferraris I personally think gray is more classier and not to flashy About the specs something cruicial that you think is missing? its out for sale used. Trying decide which specs that is a must have. Dont wanna buy a specialè and not have the full package, I dont want to be missing anything, Thanks. SND2 Hi-Fi system. Is this a good one or what? Looks good! What color stripes (if any) ? Interior color? I assume LED steering wheel is in the spec somewhere but I don't see it listed- most consider that a must have option- Congratulations in advance, Rob
FERRARI Speciale, Neu, Benzin, 100 km, CHF 369'458.- - AutoScout24 Its this car. I found one more on this site in gray it had a stripe but didnt like the interior as much. I do agree that a stripe would have been better, but surely this could be done by a paint job afterwards. I currently drive a porsche 911 carrera turbo, I got it in original black, got it wrapped up in a black matte carbon foil How do you think the specialè would look in the same foil could not get direct photo posting to work so a link have to work for now
true, I just think red screams stereotype attention. even the non-car knowers, knows whats up while gray is more discrete, and shows more personality, Id love having a red ferrari though its just that I believe it might be more unpleasent driving through traffic, stopping at gas stations, parking anywhere and things like that my worry is that it will be too much, might be all in my head tho, as a specialè is flashy as you say anyway..
Thanks for the link- even though I'm one of those red Ferrari guys, I like it! You can always add stripes if you want...
I love the color (it looks like Grigio Medio), and think that it looks very stealthy without the stripe. Fred
you are right a red or yellow Ferrari is hard to be discrete especially with a stripe! A gray Speciale (beautiful color btw) is more subtle, but it's still going to turn heads. Enjoy it. I'm getting old, I'm retired and I'm never in a hurry so a red Speciale with a stripe is perfect for me. LOL
Hehe Im in my early 20s my wealth is of inheritance. I feel kinda feel bad thinking about buying a car like this. Many of you have probably worked very hard to afford a car like this, whats your mentality towards a person which almost never worked a day in his life buying a car like this? would you have done the same thing? I know im very lucky to be in this position. im sure my closest friends accepts my for who I am whatever car I choose to drive, I already have a porsche as I mentioned it seems like its more socially accepted and theres a lots of them driving around. Ferrari is like the Nr. 1 flashy symbol of cars, and might trigger some bad insecuritys in ppl my age. Not gonna flaunt it in social media and stuff. I think it will be okay Thanks for the feedback guys
I've got news for you- the sound and the shape will get everyone's attention. ALL THE TIME. The change from red to grey or black or dark blue is worth about ½ a second of reaction time. Everyone will hear you long before they see you. And once they know its your car there is no hiding it. This isn't like an M5 where most people think its a 528.... SO with that said- if this is the color or shade that really excites you and makes you say this is just how I want it- this is how I think it looks best to me- then I say go for it! The spec you've chosen is very sharp. I particularly like the red accents: calipers, interior elements etc. As to the working hard or perhaps being in a fortunate position- I learned long ago to not judge others too harshly- EVERYONE has had their challenges. I would not like to climb others mountains and I can tell you they would not like to climb mine. One final suggestion- just based on your age and an assumption that you might have some time on your hands- you obviously like fast cars (and who doesn't!) I suggest if you haven't already- you take some driving school lessons. You will be a much safer driver and also learn how to really appreciate these cars. Ferrari operates schools as do others.
obviously its gonna attract attention no matter what, im gonna choose they gray as i think its more classy then a red thats more my style. do you know about any ferrari schools in europe? Thank you!
I bet Ferrari offers classes maybe at Mugello Circuit (near Florence) and at their own test track Fiorano next to the Ferrari factory. Contact your Ferrari dealer. He'll know.
its a 911 carrera S 2012 400 hp black interior alcantara sport seats. Its an exellent DD, can even have a couple of ppl in the back, even though its tight so if im getting a specialè im gonna need a second car aswell. any suggestions?
