Considering selling 355 for 360 -thoughts

My 1999 (late 99) F355 Spyder F1 is Red/Tan with complete dealer service history, all books ,keys, the tool kit, original dealer paperwork and factory covers. Car has only 7,800 miles(15K service done about 2,000 miles ago). Red calipers & upgraded stereo (still same head unit). Car has been regulary serviced and detailed every year of it's life and it shows.

Having seen many, IMHO one of the nicest available(looks virtually new in and out). Everything works perfectly and I am the second owner. Always stored indoors (climate controlled).

I have come across a great deal on a 2003 360 F1 and I considering the switch. What should I expect to get for my car? I don't have sell so I am not looking for a fire sale price, just a fair price.
