Aside from Ferrari of Denver, are there any reputable independent/private high-end dealers in Denver where a 1999 355 F1 could be consigned ?
Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

What about selling it on ferrariads.com? I sold mine that way.

Great suggestion .... but we live in Florida and the car is in our second home here in the Vail Valley. I can only sell when we are here (and we are here now).
Thus, the thought of consigning it somewhere in Denver before we leave. We won't be back until August which would be the next opportunity to sell it ourselves because most buyers would not want to buy it unseen.

Have you thought about shipping her back to Florida where there are potentially a lot more buyers anyway?

I think this would be your best option. I sent my 348TB to my friend in San Diego to expedite the sale.

Do NOT do ebay. I tried to sell a XKE 2+2 and a Ferrari 400i on there and got nothing but low balls and a deadbeat "winner's". I've had good luck on Hemmings, though. Most are just good, honest car folk.

Good luck with the sale, drive the car while you're here, I'd love to see it on the road!

If you think about taking it to California let me know. I just took in a consignment 355 Spyder from my client and sold it in less than 3 weeks and got 100% of what he wanted.

Agree. EBay is a total waste of time. Looks like my best bet right now is to consign with Ferrari of Denver or an independent showroom in Denver. I hear this is the best time to make a sale as the driving season is starting up.

Took it to Steamboat yesterday. What a fantastic drive, exhilirating enough to make a Ferraristi give second serious thought to selling.

You can bring it down to Specialized Motorsports which is apart of LeMay's Club Auto Colorado (www.clubautocolorado.com). They have been selling high end vehicles under consignment for many years and have the right Clientel to sell it too! I wish I had a recent picture of the place but this is all I could find.

It's located at 11100 W. 8th Ave in Lakewood Colorado 80215. Call if you want to come down and check it out.
