Well I got nowhere with Superformance regarding the supply of the pictured parts, so it seems they now sell the Dino version in their 308 section and photographs be damned. Anyway, I filed the holes square and in doing so discovered these parts are actually made of metal (Al). You need to add a washer to the mechanism to get it appropriately stiff/sticky, otherwise they just flop around. (There is a groove on the one side of the tab which defeats the rest of the design).d Unless of course you have the old oval shaft mechanism with the spring and cotter pin. Once installed they do look nice and shiny.

As an aside I also got some console switches from them. They don't tell you this but their console switch is pretty much useless. It has two positions (off/on) and two terminals. As such it does not operate any of the intended circuits. The fan switch is supposed to have 3 positions. The Wiper Speed switch has only 2 positions but 6 terminals I believe. The Hazard switch has two positions but 8 terminals. The antenna switch is center-sprung. So it's not clear to me what these Superformance switches are supposed to do. Possibly the rear fog lamp on the Euro cars. Furthermore, if you put any stress on them, they come apart (the metal upper half is crimped onto the plastic body in a most half-assed fashion.)

I also went round and round with them on their shipping charge on small parcels and got nowhere. Unless you want to pay $60 for a tiny package, I suggest you not order anything from them.

All in all I would not do business with them unless there was no other option, or the other options were all outrageously expensive.

Hey Russ - Not sure which F-car you have... but if you've no plans for the old console switches you're replacing, I might be interested in buying one. Don't care if it works or not, or even about the toggle position/wire terminal. My Aerial Switch has a broken shaft. It isn't hooked up to anything, but I'd rather have a complete looking dead switch than... a broken looking dead one. ;)

The car I bought (the infamous zebra car) came to me without any of the 4 switches .. and they are not cheap. I did not get an antenna switch as the car will have an under dash antenna. Instead I am putting the driving lights in that position so I can drive with those lights on without the headlights popping up.

The Lucas switches are available from sellers in the U.K for a few dollars. The only one that is expensive is the hazard switch. You'll be close to $100 for that. I think it's the same as the elan light switch so it's available from lotus shops. But you can just take a cheap switch and combine with a relay or two to get the 308 hazard functionality.

The antenna switch is a different story as noted it's spring loaded. Three types were used during the 308 lifetime. I have the black one (not Lucas) and I don't have a source for that.

And just for completeness... the US heated rear window switch is a modified Ford Europe switch out of the mk1 Escort/Capri

Mine (oddly) was completely missing... was just a rectangular hole in the leather. I guess someone forgot to put the switch back in when they reupholstered it...? Found a "blank" for a Mondial for $12-16 on ebay which filled the hole for now, but I'll probably want a real/useful switch some day. thanks for the info. :)
