    Anything to keep Bernie happy!

Problem at Spa is not so much the track, but the car parks, and the exit roads. Diabolical!

We've never had a problem getting into or out of Stavelot. We normally stay in Bastogne (fantastic restaurants - nice place to stay - 45 minute or so very easy drive) Friday and Saturday so we enter from the south and leave after the race to stay at the Sheraton at the airport in Brussels. Problem we've encountered is from the parking area for silver 8 to the entrance. Going early in the morning there's empty bus transportation but it can be a "free for all" trying to get on after the race! There's been several times we've just walked back to the parking area from the track - getting back before the bus! One year we parked on the road (not very far up the road) heading out and that worked pretty good but we were there very early on Sunday morning to do this. Parking in the area for silver 8 has been 15 euro per day.

We're really looking forward to the Proximus 24 Hours of Spa!!

I live only 70 miles from Spa, and i never had a problem on the exit roads. I always arrived arrived at my home max 2hours after race finish. It's a nice circuit, i am there 2 times a year to turn some laps there and it's always fun.
