Does anyone feel like mentioning their experience(s) with the consultants here on FerrariChat...?

On more than one occasion, Randy Schatten has been a huge, tremendous help... In fact, help is the wrong word - life saver doesn't even do him justice...! On top of ALL of the unbelievable help he's given me, he does it with a smile... He always ends a phone call or an email with "let me know if you have any other problems and don't hesitate to call me with anything else..." If FerrariChat were a church, Randy would be a saint... He's done waaaaay more than his share of three miracles...

Thanks, Randy. i really appreciate ALL of your help.

i don't know if Matt is still a Race Team Sponsor or now a consultant, but he's been a tremendous help, as well - in fact, he's like my back up lifeline - when i can't get ahold of Randy, i call Matt...!!! :D

    Thanks, Matt...

No race team sponsor here. Rob did not want my $250 this year. No consultant as well. Just a regular rossa subscribed like everyone else that pays to support fchat

Thanks for the good words Carbie.

OH crap!!! that reminds me, I forgot to call you back. I was on a "business" trip to Vegas and I forgot. I will drop you a line tomorrow.

Randy (Schatten) played "Winston Wolfe" to my "Jules and Vincent" and actually came to my office a couple weeks ago when I shot Marvin in the head, er, clicked on a virus infested email. He happened to be in town and spent a few hours with me cleaning up the mess on all the office 'puters.

    Now that's above and beyond!

You guys are welcome. I can solve most things, but missing files are difficult to whip up out of thin air.

I left you a note on the screen once I disconnected from Webex. I'm still pondering where the files could be, but nada... nothing, zilch. Did they ever automagically appear Carbon? You said she was using Netscape email client before, right? I even checked the earthlink client, nada.

Dave, I just hope... that server ends up working. If not, you'll need to last-minute upgrade to 2000 and cross your fingers. (to the others - windows update on NT, patched... - and it doesn't login any more... but it works! *laughs*)
