    Seeking recommendations for a reliable and quality contractor to build an additional garage to add to our home. I have plans and the space, just need a qualified team to build. Thank you in advance for your recommendations!

    Hi Defiant, I also happen to be going through a garage extension project, although mine has been delayed arm-wrestling with my HOA so far :-( The contractor that I've been working with is Joe Orgaz at Royalty Design Build, Inc. 941-232-0386. Of course, we haven't started construction yet but he has been very knowledgeable and easy to work with in the early stages including developing the plans. I expect to be proceeding with him for the construction.
