    Do you get a lot of noise from the delrin bushings that connect the control arms to the body?

    The sound is like a blown shock, or knocking sound. I found out that my bushings have a little play (less than 1mm), but good enough to produce loud noises.

    You noticed that?

    We did too. We have bushings made for the racecars. They come from F loose as a goose.

    Find a machine shop, they should be able to get the nylon material and make tighter bushings at a minimal cost.

    nylon? so they will wear out, I thought they were Delrin. Thanks for the tip.

    Damn, I just order 5 of them, and these things are not that affordable.

    They are easy to make yourself. $400 harbor freight chinese lathe and $50 stick of delrin and you can do your entire car. Pop old bushings out of the a-arms cut new ones to size. And a mm of play is huge!
