    Can anyone convert one file for me? I really don't trust alot of the freeware out there and don't want to buy software for a one time deal...

    print screen - paste into mspaint - save as jpg ? would that work for what you want?

    You probably figured it out by now, but I also use something called Snagit. Allows you to rope part of the screen and paste it. But, as Schatten says, you could also just get the whole screen and paste it into paint and then crop it manually.

    Preview does it on my Mac. Great bit of software that they include on their machines.
