Who's heading down from the Greater Boston area? Free admission to the public, and short money to register to show your car (all money goes to the Connecticut Children's Medical Center). Fabulous lunch is included, and police escorted parade to and from the hospital. There will be an Enzo, F50, F40 and 288 GTO parked together, as well as many other notable cars, including many rare vintage beasts (e.g., Letterman's award winning cars).

What more could you ask for? If there is enough interest, we can convoy down together (just over an hour from Rt. 128)...

    vty,

I am planning to drive up on Sunday morning as well.

Perhaps we can meet up near the 95/Pike interchange?

Sure, I was hoping to be in Hartford by 9:30 so we can drive kids in the parade. Any location in that area is fine with me. I'll say 8:00-8:15.

    Let me know.

Hey, Spivy & Jon, to ensure that we're there in time, I suggest leaving a bit earlier - from FoNE to downtown Hartford is an hour and 15 minutes or so, plus it's another few minutes from FoNE back to the Pike. Might I suggest that we meet at the Rest Area on the pike Westbound, between Exits 13 and 12, around 8 am? That's where I'll be . . . ! :)

    vty,

    --Dennis
