So my wife and kids usually get me some pretty cool stuff for Christmas, but like every guy, I keep a little $$$$ for myself to get something as well. It's a habit I picked up from my dad who used to tell me to go pick up this gift that he had bought, wrap it, and stick it under the tree... : - )

Anyway, I am looking for some cool Ferrari Christmas ideas.. I am interested in seeing what everyone else has found... I have all the basic Ferrari stuff, looking for something new and different...

    Anyone?

Oh **** that is a pretty good budget. I would get some artwork, maybe a sculpture or a nice Giclee print. Maybe some good photography. I like do alot of black and white photography so I'm pretty partial to that. Especially if you have all the usual shirts and diecast models and stuff.

the ferrari store in rome has the exhaust 'ball of snakes' mounted as a sculpture, which i thought was very cool, but it cost about $5k.

Hello Guys! Just stumbled on this thread, I do metal sculptures of automobiles and will be listing a rear profile of a 308 gts on ebay in the next two weeks.I'll even add your plate#. Its a wall sculpture, sale price? 2k+ (can't elaborate further as this really borders on advertising and that is not my intension) moreover just informative!

I also remember seeing an F1 engine (with engine stand and plaque!!) for about 10 times as much.

That would be pretty cool to have in your garage. :)

If someone bought me a jacket and that gated shifter paper weight I would be ecstatic, and then I would ask them why they spent so much money. Then again, I am a poor college student. :)
