What they said. If that's your appreciation of a Ferrari, go buy a Lambo. We don't need no stinkin' gimmicks...
COOLEST THING IVE EVER SEEN !!! ...just kidding Bad idea on Ferrari...Im all for modifying the Gallardo doors though

interesting, but not cool. but if you've got the $, and it's what you want, go for it, but i'm a purist kind of guy. just tubi or borla for me, please.
I assume this is a real photo as it would be hard to photoshop the reflection on the hood so well. Ill deviate from the pack and say I really like it - the look that is, and the novelty or bling factor, but since it was not a factory option and is therefore really trying to mimic the lambo style, I would not do it to any 360. If Ferrari had an option for that on the 360 or the spider and I had a choice (I bought my spider used), I would have gotten that option. How many other would have gotten that if it were a factory option? Stated another way, I like the look and think it adds a big bling factor to a car that already gets lots of attention, but since it is an aftermarket add-on I would not do it and would not buy a car with it done (regardless of obvioius concerns about quality, alignment, reliability, etc.), but I like it from a looks and coolness factor. I believe anyone who buys a 360 ever buys it in part for a coolness factor. I think also most, myself included, can't drive the car for what it really can do so the coolness factor is a large part of owning one.
I wouldn't do that to a Ferrari, but my Ford GT could us them. With the cutouts on the top of the doors, you don't risk parking where someone can park next to you. With the scissor doors the problem would be solved. The California shop doing the GTX roadster conversions are selling the door hinges also.
Not cool. It doesn't look good on a 360. I have seen one in an F430 and I actually find it to be pretty cool!
Someone is making the "butterfly" type doors like those on the Enzo and SLR. If I see them again I'll let you know. Peter Hatch
