    Lots of great behind the scenes tech photos, I was actually quite surprised at how advanced it was. I had always assumed that most of the development work was done outside. I guess in retrospect seeing how advanced the new cars are, It seems obvious.

    Compared to the factory in 1968, the only assembly operation that is remotely similar is stitching the interior. The photo's are also a graphic representation as to the financial commitment it takes to be in the car business today. Thank you Volkswagen.
