I used to have a G300 a few years back and swore by it. I covered nearly 70K miles when I bought it with 100K miles on the clock! What was more amazing was after 4 years I sold it for more than I paid for it. Im moving to Jeddah in Dec and was thinking of either getting a Range Rover (not Sport) or a G500. I'd prefer the G500 but I think it will come down to what I can find at a good price. I want to leave a bit of juice for an Fcar later in the new year. just dont tell the mrs!
First time I ever heard that it rides as smooth as a Mercedes or drives better than anything. Don't get me wrong I'm no hater, (I've owned 6) but these things have solid axles! They drive and handle worse then most any civilian vehicle on the road. LOL...Its a very fast refrigerator on wheels with attitude.
I'm sure you'll find G500s for good deals once you get down to Jeddah,To give you an idea, why dont you search on www.q8car.com. They have 3 G500s for sale and the asking prices are norm in the GCC.
Thanks Salman. I've been keeping my eye on that site for a while now just to get an idea on prices. Well I will be in Saudi in 2months now inshallah so I'll step up the searching closer to then.
