So yesterday I was getting pictures taken of my car and it was idling for 20-30 minutes (first time I’ve ever idled the car this long) anyways, coolant ended up coming out of the overflow and now I need to top off...
Any pics of where the rad cap is? And where the bleed valve is?

there's no rad cap for 360's radiator. Nor there is a bleed valve "on" the radiator.
The cap where you can add coolant is inside of the engine bay, somewhere in the middle between the 2 airboxes.
The bleed "point" (instead of a valve) is somewhere at front of the engine (towards the head of the car)
if you idle the car and cooolant is overflowing , something is wrong.

It was the one and only time it has ever happened. I’m hoping there was just air lock or air in the line that caused it to over flow. I’m hoping to refill and see if it happens again.
so I only fill from the over flow? Any pics of where the actual “bleed point” is?

Exactly, the bleed screw is on top of the thermostat housing on the front of the motor. You can feel it and get a socket on it with an extension but it is hard to do without having the seats out.

My guess, your overflow tank cap is bad. They go bad all of the time and won't hold pressure as they are supposed to.

You can aid the bleeding exercise if you use a small hand mirror. This will enable you to position the socket on the bleed screw. It is a 10 mm socket as I recall. It is a stretch working over the left quarter panel.

On a Modena, yes. A spider is just a feel around and hope for the best project.

Double check your fans are coming on....first on the left and as the car idles the right should come on too. Mine had a hiccup once, spewed coolant and then I checked the fans...no issue. just my italian girlfriend bitching a little eh?

I still haven't done the job as I've been waiting for the cap and haven't had time anyway, but can anyone post a pic of where to find the bleed valve?

each time I bleed the coolant system on this nipple, I got coolant coming out, so I gave up.
I did the bleed on the reservoir cap since then.

You can get an air lock at the thermostat. That is why the bleed screw is there. And yes you get coolant coming out as well as air, just like brakes. The best way is to use an air lift to fill the coolant. You also need to run the system with the heater fully on not if you want to purge air in the system.

How do you actually bleed it properly? Is there a DIY somewhere?

It is in the WSM but basically heater full on bring it to temp and there is a bleed screw on top of the thermostat housing. Problem is that the bleed screw is on the front of the motor so hard to reach.

How did you bleed it from the reservoir cap?

The only way is with an airlift. Otherwise, you can't clear if you have an air lock at the thermostat without the bleed screw. And yes, you will get coolant coming out because the area isn't that big.

reservoir cap is an opening for a close system. So it can be bled there.
bring coolant temp to 100C. warning: try not to burn yourself , open the cap. Let the coolant race out of the cap , of course u'll get a mess in the engine bay.
let the car cool. Add coolant.
    loop above for 3 times.
but that's what I did. and it works.

How do you perceive that will bleed the system? When you remove the cap the system boils releasing air into all parts of the system. That is what causes the overflow, air displacing fluid. None of that will get air out of the system. In fact, it will introduce more air pockets that need to be purged. Get an airlift from Amazon and be done with it.

yes, airlift is the best way.
but the method i described worked. the reservoir is the highest point of the closed system, so air would go there.
it will not be a 100% bleed but, my guess is 99%
